  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup of raisins (optional)
  • Butter for greasing the baking dish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
  • Cut your bread into cubes and allow them to sit out while preparing the custard.
